| Comparative survey on women in research decision making | | | An expert group looking at positive actions to increase the numbers of women in research decision making was established by the European Commission in 2006. The findings of this group will be complemented by a comparative study, including literature review and data analysis, on positive action schemes at institutional and national levels to increase the number of women in public research decision-making in Europe and selected non-European countries, with active participation of experts from these countries. The involved third countries are: USA, Canada and Australia. Participants: Min. 4 legal entities, 3 from EU member states or asociated countries, and 1 from one or more of the selected third countries.
